This colouring book offers a wealth of Gaelic phrases and traditional proverbs, intricately decorated with flowers, foliage, birds, and beasts in Gayle’s fantastic style, and ready to colour. The book includes 30 black-and-white drawings printed on one side only. It is suggested for older children, teens, and adults due to the intricacy of the designs.

A deluxe edition printed on thicker 70-pound paper is available to order directly from Bradan Press in Canada for CA$17.99. If you are outside of Canada and would like to purchase the deluxe edition, please send us a message with your address and we can provide a shipping quote.
The regular edition printed on thinner 50-pound paper is available through Amazon and other book sellers worldwide for CA$15.99. If using markers, you will probably want to place some sheets of paper under each illustration while colouring it to protect from bleed-through.

Born, raised, and educated in Montana, artist-author Gayle Weatherson worked as an art teacher in Oregon. Now retired and living in Washington state, she enjoys drawing and making jewelry. She began her study of Gaelic in 2010 and discovered an enriching journey, full of music, stories, and wonderful people. She has studied with teachers from Nova Scotia, Scotland, and the USA.
