REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Overview

We can offer a return and full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us first before returning a purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging where applicable.

Please note that opened 3×5′ Nova Scotia Gaelic flags cannot be returned except in case of manufacturing defects.

Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

 

Shipping returns

Contact us before returning a book or other purchase. It is very important that you contact us first to receive shipping instructions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 

Refunds

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed via the original method of payment (usually Paypal).

 

Exchanges

If your return is damaged or defective and you wish to exchange it for the same item, please let us know via our contact form before you return it.

If you wish to exchange a returned item for a different item or items, again please let us know via our contact form before you return it.
