The Northumberland Fisheries Museum & Pictou Lobster Hatchery, just down the street from the Ship Hector and Hector Heritage Quay in Pictou, Nova Scotia, has a few on display in tanks… they are not for eating, but you can take home a copy of The Scottish Gaelic Tattoo Handbook from the gift shop which is now stocking it!
The hatchery helps to stock the ocean with more lobsters!
