’S e an t-Ògmhìos Mìos na Pròise. June is Pride Month.
Here at Bradan Press, we stress that transgender rights are human rights. The first gay pride was a riot, with one of its most notable figures being Marsha P. Johnson, a black transwoman and activist.
While this is a difficult and uncertain period for many of us, Bradan Press wants to remind you all that we welcome book proposals in Gaelic or English for books in, about, and/or related to Gaelic languages and cultures, and we welcome proposals from people of all backgrounds, races, genders, and orientations. We are looking for book proposals in genres including poetry, nonfiction (popular and academic), children’s books, graphic novels, and more. More information is available on our Submissions page.
