New Audiobook: Ràithean airson Sireadh / Seasons for Seeking by Lodaidh MacFhionghain

Our first audiobook: Ràithean airson Sireadh / Seasons for Seeking by Lodaidh MacFhionghain (Lewis MacKinnon). Journey through the Gaelic year with the Sufi mystic Rumi. This full-text audiobook features Nova Scotia poet Lewis MacKinnon reading his Scottish Gaelic translations of the poetry of Rumi, accompanied by MacKinnon’s original poems for the Gaelic seasons and holidays of Nova Scotia. Poems read aloud by the author in both Gaelic and English intertwine with Persian, Irish, and Scottish traditional and spiritual melodies played by Saeed Foroughi (hammered dulcimer, setar, harp, and flute) and Wayne MacIntyre (guitar).
